Definitely my new hyper fixation.... ;_; LOVED the game btw, shared it with my friends they loved it too. I can't wait for more!!!!

I’m just getting into media like this and wow I am loving it! I’ve never been really good at reading but stuff like this makes me wanna get better!! I love this game so much and can’t wait to see more!!

I played this game and got interrupted, and I literally did not stop thinking about this game for 2 days at work and college. I adore the art style, the characters, everything. I cannot wait for chapter 2!!!!!

My friend was over when i played this and holy crap we loved it! This game deserves a huge effing fandom it's sroty is great, the character designs are unique, and I love how everyone is so different than the other person. Despite how much Iggy pissed me off with his dumb decision and despite how many times I yelled DON'T FUMBLE THE BAG at my computer, i loved it

I really liked it! The relationship between Genzou and Iggy is great, I really like their dynamic and I love Genzou's character <33333 I LOVE YOUR ARTSTYLE!!!! It's so cute. The game has cool effects, which is a nice change from what I usually see in visual novels :^D I only have one problem: the backgrounds take me out of immersion a bit. They look a bit AI-generated or like some weird filter has been applied to the photos, making them look out of place. If you release more chapters, I'd love to see some different backgrounds, but I can't wait for the next chapters anyways!! 

It's funny how Genzou gets shorter everytime. Love your vns carrot 10/10

Like the storyline and the characters and and the artttttt AAUFHURUFRUERHUsducwdincewnicj such a masterpiece they're all adorable sobs I've found my next characters to draw 24/7 especially Genzou he's coolio, kinda reminds me of killer sans if I think about it hmmmm.. great game!!!! can't wait to play the next episode(s)

THAT GAME SOOOOOOOO CUTE OMG! style is my hear me out.I don’t regret a single minute spent in the game. I’m looking forward to the new episodes, and as proof, check out this sketch of these sweet buns.

I was howling the entire time as I was playing this 😂 I never thought that a game about the fear of being bloodsucked to death would be this fun... I truly feel like I was seeing Genzou and Iggy in THEIR ELEMENT (Genzou being his charismatic smooth talking self and Iggy being a loveable doofus) the entire time and it was just a delight.

The game was fantastically well made, though I would expect nothing less 🙏 In particular I loved all of the CGs here - they were so intimate and well crafted - as well as all of the little sprite movements (the little zoom in on Iggy shaking as he realized that he had to let someone into his apartment was CRAZY good). I also loved the Berek cameo, and it only made me love the man even more than when I played WTDSR! (Truly the bestie that everyone dreams of...)

(Note, if any of the comment seems weirdly phrased it's because I'm trying to avoid SAYING CERTAIN WORDS) 

One aspect that I really liked about this is how the story explores Iggy's aceness, in a slightly different flavor to how it's been explored before. I was actually curious how it would be done since vampirism is so often closely linked to intimate relations, and it's REALLY difficult to avoid the sensual aspects - and then I played the game and realized that was the point 😂 Throughout, Iggy is enamored by Genzou, and likes being touched by him - but doesn't want to be touched in *that* way. And he struggles with understanding his wants, setting this boundary, or even understanding that it's a boundary that he can set. Meanwhile, Genzou, loveable rogue that he is, is continuously trying to sink his teeth into him - and, throughout, intimate relations and bloodsucking are almost synonymous. It's a really clever usage of vampirism that plays perfectly into the connotations, where the game is as much about Iggy's fear of his boundaries being overstepped as it is about his fear of dying from being bloodsucked 😂 (The ending of the episode was pretty much perfect, no notes... and Genzou was a perfectly emotionally respectful KING) 

I did pretty much the "perfect" run the first time around (or at the very least, I did my very best to make iggy the absolute down baddiest for genzou that I could), and so I was really shook by how suave and confident Genzou was almost the entire time - and then I did a "terrible" run and realized how much of it was an act. I thought this was a really clever way of showcasing Genzou's character, how much he plays things up to appear confident when he's really insecure - and how he, like iggy, just wants someone who appreciates him as he is. 

It was the first time that I've played a game where Iggy and Genzou weren't childhood friends and Genzou wasn't already hopelessly besotted from the get-go 😂 At first I was a little scared because I was like NOOOO I don't want to see a Genzou who wants to bloodsuck Iggy to death... but I actually really loved this shift in their dynamic, it ended up being so adorable. Iggy and Genzou both being failures in their own unique ways is endearing and gives them both a lot of room to grow. I also really like how, on the surface, Iggy just falls easily for the first guy who flirts with him hard and Genzou is playing things up to get Iggy's blood - but you can see the seeds of a more genuine relationship sprouting already.

Overall this was so adorable, and I can't wait to see the continuation!!! Fantastic work! 

Wow ! I loved it ! I can't wait for episode 2 already ! It felt like that sensation where you read a book and in your mind its like a whole movie, wich it is ! I don't know how to describe it,but it was incredible !

Hey Carrot!! I finally managed to get to playing this game!!!

Life has been busy so I haven't been able to be much on my socials, so what was my surprise when I saw, around three weeks ago, that you released a game, but also a VAMPIRE AU??? Cowboys, vampires, DnD, it's always very neat to see these characters we've learnt to love in new circumstances!!

I have to say that I REALLY saw myself in Iggy in this one for some reason. Obviously, not a 100% match (for example, I'm rather extroverted lol), but the "act normal" when people see you (because, well, I tend to be very obviously joyful, in a way that my mother, when I was like 10, had to explicitly tell me I shouldn't dance on my way to school lest a malevolent classmate bully me) was very me core; similarly for the whole tangent about Final Fantasy loool, literally me with Racine's Phaedra. But beyond this connection, I found Iggy very wholesome and amusing, especially with the dissonance between his perception of Genzou's actions (more lewd-adjacent) and the reality (vampire shenanigans). Genzou was also very great in this game! First of all, I really adored how you altered his design to make him look like a vampire. I really LOVED your approach to fangs!! But also, he was SO CHARMING in this game?? Like dang, "My Vampire Boyfriend Smokes Love Arrows" at this point, because he shot and DIDN'T MISS MY HEART!!!! I also adored the scene with Berek, he was so wholesome, and such a good friend to Iggy. And somehow, seeing him in his element, WORK, was very fun loooool; Orlam, on the other hand, was a darker character. Genzou literally acting like a puppy and him being like "GET A GRIP" was amusing, but overall, he sounds like a grimmer, more darker addition to the story... although, who knows with you, things always get in an unexpected way!

Also, for the usual praise: the writing was excellent, both amusing, surprisingly sensual in some parts?? (which was new for me to see in your writing, and yet, you did it wonderfully), but also, the meeting of Iggy and Genzou was particularly amazing: the scene felt very tense, and it was a genuine horrific scene before efficiently shifting to humour. So yeah, I loved the writing! The art was amazing, the sprites expressive, I did love the addition to them (like the table for the meal, or Genzou sitting loool), but dang, you WENT HARD with the CGs, the colours in them are gorgeous and set such a romantic mood (romance which, by the way, was extremely well-written!). And of course, that is no secret that you're a master of animations, and once more, very funny to look at, very amusing and also very immersive! For the music tracks, once again, impecable taste, and all the tracks felt very appropriate for the scenes; and I somehow feel like you went the extra-mile with it?? Like, I don't know how to put it into words, but I guess it felt bolder, and it worked wonderfully??

I had a lot of fun with this game, Carrot, and I hope to see more self-indulgent project from you (whatever they may be: comics, games, fics, illustrations, sketches) because you genuinely never miss, you're one of the best creators I've ever encountered, and I'm counting all the dead guys of the past saying this!!

It's magnificent in every possible way, from the art to the characters (I already loved the characters from OW, so I love seeing them again in this AU)

First of all, the instant chemistry between Iggy and Genzou is incredibly delicious, as well as funny and romantic, and I'm really interested in the future of their relationship in this world (^///^)

I also loved the interactions between Orlam and Genzou and Iggy and Berek XDXDXD

AND OH MY GOD, THE ART (º///º)

THE ART IS SIMPLY DIVINE, IT MADE THE SCENE BETWEEN GENZOU AND IGGY EVEN BETTER THAN IT ALREADY WAS (º///º) (º///º)

absolutely LOVED playing this. I’ve aodred these characters for a while despite not being able to play Our Wonderland (i have about all the other games downloaded that i can access on mobile) and love to see the chemistry between Iggy and Genzou so much, can’t wait for a day two!!

Laughed and "awwww"ed sooo many times out loud! Amazing storytelling! There was no parts where I felt like it dragged and there was not one character I didn't absolutely adore! Waow!!!!1!! OK so. I have a many a thought. 

The game is filled with charm, and you can see how much love was put into it! It's really, really evident of how much passion was put into just the first episode. I cannot (well, I can, but y'know what I mean) wait for more........

The animations are ever so charming, the tension between the two is palpable, and I looooooved seeing the blorbos again. They are ever so adorable and Genzou's expressions especially are FANTASTIC. And when Iggy got so excited his sprite started shaking? AMAZING. I loved it.

The CGs... I (accidentally) gave up sending my live reactions to awalum while playing through the game because I was internally screaming at all the CGs. Kind of like how I felt with WTDSR's opening. Actually stunning work.

One of my favorites from you, and it's only the beginning! I think my favorite work (in general) is when you can tell a creator is pouring their heart into their work. And I really see every ounce of love in this

i love their dynamic in this so much! i love how genzou is so obviously being manipulative ('obviously manipulative' being an oxymoron) but the fact that iggy is being so genuine with him makes him feel guilty and that sweet iggy deserves the whole entire world and all the games ever (at least that's what i gathered hehe) 

the ending...bro...how iggy just wanted to be "normal" and was just going to lay there and let it happen...and the guilt on genzous face when he asks if they can just cuddle....it made my heart tear up a bit ngl...

Iggy was so awawawawaw so oblivious, so sweet, his responses made me laugh multiple times, such a joy to watch, I missed him! Also it is very nice to see he is doing better in this au, cooking meals for himself, having friends in work etc! Good for him, good for him! (✿◡‿◡)
Genzou!!! HE IS SUCH A RIZZER, i'm sorry, but frfr no wonder Iggy fell for him so easily-- his way of speaking sometimes reminded me of Orlam and I have a headcanon Genzou took rizz lessons from him xD Also Genzou's introduction was cRAZY, SO FUNNY XDDDD btw, every time he says "eyyyyy" or "am i right or am i right" brings huge smile to my face! His bat version was adorable! 83

Scene with Berek giving advice and supporting Iggy was sooo heartwarming "you may not have any relationship experience, but you've got 31 years of experience being yourself, which is all you need", thank you, Berek's wisdom, it's an important thing to remember-- glad for Iggy to have such a great friend!

I really enjoyed this game, and I’m glad I stumbled across your work for the first time. I was curious about how much influence the choices would have, so I went out of my way to find both endings—and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the decisions truly mattered. That sense of agency made the experience feel rewarding.

The writing stood out as refreshingly strong, even with a few quirks like the heavy use of the word phlegm. The character interactions were especially compelling: Iggy and Genzou’s dynamic kept me hooked, while Iggy’s friendship with Berek felt authentic and grounded. Some of Berek’s early dialogue left me puzzled, but that scene quickly developed into something memorable. The exchange between Genzou and Orlam was probably the weakest, not because it was poorly written, but I’ve seen similar "vampire master berates offspring" interactions before. Even so, the story as a whole left me very satisfied.

Visually, I appreciated that the character designs broke away from the usual genre tropes—often just two anime twinks—and instead leaned into more atypical traits. That said, I think your style could be pushed further, since many of the designs share repeating features like similar noses, ears, and curly hair. Exploring more variation could make the cast feel even more unique.

Overall, this was a refreshing and engaging experience. The writing, choices, and character work all came together in a way that kept me invested, and I’m excited to see what you create next!

Oughhhh this was so fun and cute! I really enjoyed all the silliness and humor. Actually audibly cackled many times while I was reading this.

Appreciate the presence of Berek! Carrot Patch Games Epic Gay cinematic universe confirmed!!!!! And also, unlike OW characters, I don't know Berek that well yet, so it's nice to see more of him, and interacting with someone outside the wtdsr cast too. He is so funny! I love him so much. Can't wait to see him go through horrors and maybe commit them too in WtDSR!!

The Orlam fanservice in this....... oughhhhhhhhhhhh. Thank you for giving us both the handsome fancy and intimidating vampire version (being a vampire fits him so well holy shit (also his outfit and his hairstyle?? the loooooong rattail???? absolutely DIVINE)) and a cute marketable plushie bat version. I still wish that marketable plushie actually existed... MUST squeeze him... And his dynamic with Genzou is so funny here. Considering that Orlam was the one to turn him, perhaps that implies that Genzou was the one to fall first in this universe?.. I'd be curious to find out. 

Btw all the puppy coding on Genzou is amazing. Being a pup fits him so well!!! His style of flirting seems to be somewhat different in this game. Perhaps because he took some rizz lessons from Orlam... But alas, Iggy's natural adorkableness (that he is oblivious of) is too powerful. Iggy is as cute as ever, btw! Him going on a 2 hour ff12 rant (especially visibly vibrating before he is about to do it) was precious. And whatever he was cooking sounds delicious, I gotta try making it too some time. He mentions "his jams about cannibalism and neurological disorders" at one point. That seems oddly specific... Is this a reference to something? 

Oh, and coming back to the marketable bat plushies, Genzous bat form is so squishable too. More squishable than Orlam's, in fact... You know, I think I actually need all of their hypothetical plushies (including giant bun Iggy plushie).

I wonder if Hunar and Bucks will show up too... And would they be vampires as well? Or perhaps just normal humans? Bucks seems like the perfect werewolf gal to me, but idk if werewolves exist in this universe...

But, to wrap this up, once again, really enjoyed this vn, and I look forward to the future episodes! As always, thank you for the lovely reading experience!
